What happens when citizens of the United States are being recruited by reputable Cancer Institutions for experimental drugs without their consent?

They instead experiment on people without their consent. Treatment by deception.
Dr. Igor Gavrilovic and his attorney Peter Korn told in certifications the Union County Courts in NJ that I was medically harming my husband. I thought the Supreme Court of the United States decided that adults can refuse medical treatment especially experimental medical treatment. Schering Plough and Sloak Kettering should be investigated by the Federal Government for these practices.
